اسلام آباد: تحریک انصاف کے چیئرمین عمران خان و دیگر رہنماؤں کو جوڈیشل کمپلیکس پرحملہ کے دہشت گردی کی دفعات کے تحت درج دو مقدمات میں شامل تفتیش ہونے کے لیے پولیس نے نوٹس جاری کردیے۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق چیئرمین تحریک انصاف عمران خان کو تھانہ سی ٹی ڈی اسلام آباد میں انسداد دہشت گردی ایکٹ و دیگر دفعات کے تحت درج مقدمہ نمبر 3 میں شامل تفتیش ہونے کے لیے نوٹس جاری کردیا گیا۔ نوٹس تھانہ سی ٹی ڈی کے ایس ایچ او انسپکٹر اشرف کی جانب سے جاری کیا گیا ہے۔
اسی مقدمے میں علی امین گنڈا پور، علی نوازاعوان، مراد سعید، شبلی فراز، عمر ایوب، عامر کیانی، اسد عمر،حماد اظہر، امجد نیازی، ڈاکڑ شہزاد وسیم، اسد قیصر، راجہ خرم نواز، فرخ حبیب، جمشید مغل اور سی ایس او عمران خان لیفٹینٹ کرنل ر محمد عاصم کو بھی طلب کیا گیا ہے۔
علاوہ ازیں چیئرمین تحریک انصاف کوتھانہ گولڑہ کے انسداد دہشت گردی ایکٹ کے تحت درج مقدمہ نمبر143 میں بھی فوری شامل تفتیش ہونے کا نوٹس جاری کیا گیا ہے۔
اسی مقدمے میں جن دیگر رہنماؤں کو شامل تفتیش ہونے کے لیے طلب کیا گیا ہے ان میں اسد عمر، علی نوازاعوان، جمشید مغل،ملک ساجد، عامر مغل، خان بہادر، چوہدری ناصر اسد فاروق اور تنویر قاضی شامل ہیں۔
دونوں مقدمات کے نوٹسز میں رہنماؤں سے کہا گیا یے کہ جلد از جلد دونوں مقدمات میں پیش ہو کر اپنا موقف پیش کریں بصورت دیگر آپ کے خلاف حسب ضابطہ قانونی کارروائی عمل میں لائی جائے گی ۔
ISLAMABAD: Police issued notices to Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan and other leaders for investigation in two cases registered under the terrorism provisions of the attack on the judicial complex.
According to the details, a notice has been issued to Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan for investigation in the case number 3 registered under the Anti-Terrorism Act and other provisions in police station CTD Islamabad. The notice has been issued by Inspector Ashraf, SHO of CTD police station.
In the same case, Ali Amin Gandapur, Ali Nawaz Awan, Murad Saeed, Shibli Faraz, Umar Ayub, Amir Kayani, Asad Umar, Hamad Azhar, Amjad Niazi, Dakar Shahzad Wasim, Asad Qaiser, Raja Khurram Nawaz, Farrukh Habib, Jamshed Mughal and others. SO Imran Khan Lt Col R Muhammad Asim has also been summoned.
Apart from this, a notice has been issued for immediate investigation in the case number 143 registered under the Anti-Terrorism Act of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Kothana Golra.
Other leaders who have been summoned for investigation in the same case include Asad Umar, Ali Nawaz Awan, Jamshed Mughal, Malik Sajid, Aamir Mughal, Khan Bahadur, Chaudhry Nasir Asad Farooq and Tanveer Qazi.
In the notices of both the cases, the leaders have been asked to appear in both the cases as soon as possible and present their stand, otherwise legal action will be taken against them as per the rules.
